Welcome to the wonderful world of second grade where we enjoy “Mad Science Time,” “T.T.W.E. (Time Travel and World Exploring),” “Mad Math Minutes,” and “D.I.R.T. (Daily Individual Reading Time).”
God has blessed each child with different gifts and abilities. In second grade we learn with these differences in mind. Subjects are taught in a style to meet the unique learning needs of each individual student. In addition to academics, we also focus on the spiritual, social, and emotional growth of the students.
In an effort to demonstrate our service and love for others, this academic year the second grade class is collecting offerings for the Crisis Pregnancy Center of DuPage. Through our offerings and prayers we hope to make a difference in the lives of new mothers in need.
