Be a Reader, a Researcher and a Learner! |

The St. John Learning Center supports the overall mission of the school by assisting students to be effective and independent users of information and by helping them to develop a life-long appreciation of literature. Literature appreciation is encouraged through read-alouds, book talks, story telling as well as through author and illustrator studies. Library skills and research skills are encouraged through hands-on practice and curriculum integration.

In addition to a well equipped computer lab on the first floor and a mobile cart with laptops, there are four new networked computer stations in the Learning Center for student use. These stations are used for Quick Search Library, online research, e-Library, and for taking Accelerated Reader Quizzes.
