St. John Science Fair
St. John participates in the annual Illinois State science fair contest for middle schools. In this independently judged contest, sixth, seventh and eighth grade students complete complex projects. The judges evaluate their efforts against state standards and those that meet and exceed the standards are sent on to participate in the state wide contest.

We are proud to say that 25+% of our students science projects are selected to go the state wide competition!
